Plot Summary:Documentary about the epidemic of fires in favelas in the city of Sao Paulo and its relationship with real estate speculation. Includes testimonies of former mayor Fernando Haddad, journalist Leonardo Sakamoto, and urban planners such as Nabil Bonduki, Ermínia Maricato and Ana Paula Bruno.
