Plot Summary:Set in a bright and loud Naples, the story of an oblivious boy, Arturo, who unsuccessfully tries to catch locals' attention with his looks. He goes out of his way to be recognized, unconsciously driven by his need to be loved. Arturo is continuously rejected and starts to feel left out and alone until an old man steps in his life and teaches him an important life lesson, the power of genuine care. The old man brings him to his home where Arturo meets and is warmly welcomed by his family. They are all having dinner when the news of a newborn in the family diverts the audience from Arturo, who is still unable to feel pure compassion and takes it the wrong way. Left alone, he looks at himself in a mirror and recognizes his sadness, when one of the family members, a little girl, makes him smile genuinely and understand the power of love and empathy.
