实在是难看啊，啥都没交代清楚，你一个女作家沉迷于抓捕连环凶手，是为了出名还是什么，到最后不知所云，后悔看了，浪费时间。
The whole thing has just become a milch-cow for these greasy selfish self-concerned people. Victims? Nothing more than a co-product. And yeah fine it's a story about this woman and it did make it personal to me, certainly not in a good way, and the feeling grew stronger after I learned some other facts about her. I had removed her book from my list and I wish I could permanently blacklist the entire production team particularly the director. Disgusting.
颇有些HBO诗选剧「真探」的意味，其实如果拍成「真探4」也是毫无违和感的，迭宕起伏的社会派侦探片现在越来越少了。
以一个作家的角度去探索一个犯罪恶魔犯下的滔天罪行。令我惊讶的是，那个年代的米国，竟然也愚昧到让女性晚上尽量不出门，穿着尽量保守，好像发生性侵案是女性的问题。感谢高科技，正义虽晚但到。2020年6月恶魔认罪，Micheal RIP.
《我将消失在黑暗中》算纪录片里比较虎头蛇尾的。开始悬念掉得足，自然期待结尾精彩刺激。结果倒数第二集开始已经感觉水，最后一集也很水，完全脱离这个连环杀手，跑去讲作者的故事，好没劲的。看开头还能给7分，看到最后觉得都不及格了。不怎么值得看。
