Plot Summary:Mutt and Jeff are on a painter's platform for the express purpose of painting and building. The elongated Mutt tells his lil' pal to hoist at the same time to keep the platform even. Both are daubing away when a dog hops from a window and starts the complications. The apartment seems to be a canine asylum because the animals are seen yelping from every window. Mutt and Jeff are frightened. The little fellow forgets to keep the platform balanced and the result is both are propelled through a window into a bathtub occupied by an old maid.
