Plot Summary:Mutt and Jeff attend an afternoon Bolsheviki meeting. Jeff has just inherited a large sum of money, so his lanky companion enthusiastically indorses the principle of the division of wealth, and forces the little fellow to divide with him. But then the unshorn radicals take a hand in the affair, each one claiming a share in the money. Finally both Mutt and Jeff are left with fifty cents apiece. Jeff then takes things into his own hands and, with a revolver in hand, collects all his money. At the end he waves a flag and forces them all to sing the \"Star Bangled Banner.\"
