Plot Summary:Summer replacement show about an Irish-American family in Ludlow, Kentucky in 1919. John is the County Clerk and lives behind the store he owns. The stories are narrated by John's grandson who tells about growing up in small town America in the early 20th century. The grandson is Kevin who is seen as a youngster but never seen as an adult.
