儘管紀錄片的畫面是快進播放，影響觀感。但是在清明節臨近的時候看到這部魂歸故里的紀錄片感覺還是有些微妙。紀錄雖然是私的，但是背景卻是公的（立陶宛人在斯大林時期的被流放）。導演除了以旁白“干涉”到私紀錄之外，其餘部分都是以旁觀的姿態去紀錄，自己未出過鏡。這和松江哲明的再見泡菜很不一樣
