表现主义的简约线条，动画片式的荒诞无对白剧情，也饱含对电影的敬爱，不但有浓重的卓别林、Keaton、Tati既视感，主角游影院那段更是全片亮点。去核武以利民的结局很乌托邦，却也隐隐含着那个年代东欧喜剧的政治焦虑。不能说多深刻或有新意，但影史考古价值还是有的。（穿生化服的护卫头上倒扣的水桶都还有把手，笑死了。）
