It’s telling that the first and best of Michio Yamamoto’s three (ultimately failed) attempts to rework Hammer horror into a Japanese mode functions more as a gothic mystery yarn than a vampire film—as hackneyed as the acting and atmosphere may be, there’s some gravity and genuine surprise in the plot that would benefit from a longer runtime.

演吸血鬼娃娃的演员看着真心不错，可惜戏份好少。内山田主任年轻时和现在除了身材其他方面完全没有变化啊
只能屈就看了個剪輯版，小林夕岐子的戲份大大縮減。倒是其他演員演得賣力到誇張。
