剧情介绍

该剧是一部半自传性质的多镜头情景喜剧，将有多达10名主要角色（如同ABC的另一部情景喜剧《一夜寻情记》）。主人公Cristela（Cristela Alonzo）是一个拉丁裔美国人，但她感觉自己被夹在两种文化之间，并不完全属于任何一种。Cristela已经读了六年法学院，和姐姐姐夫住在一起（因此不用付房租）。她的母亲Natalia（Terri Hoyos）催促她快点找份像样的工作，而她盼望自己能到一家知名律师事务所实习。她的姐夫Felix（Carlos Ponce）鼓励她搬出去独立生活，而他的姐姐Daniela（Roxana Ortega）已经对她彻底失去了耐性。幸运的是，Cristela最终如愿进入了心仪的律师事务所。
