马特·里夫斯将为NBC新剧《普通人乔》(Ordinary Joe，暂译)担任监制，试播集已获预定。该剧故事创意源自里夫斯十多年前撰写的剧本，讲述男主角乔在人生岔路口面对三个选择，爱、忠诚、艺术激情，时间往前十年，三个选择将乔引至了三条完全不同的人生之路。拉塞尔·弗兰德、加里特·勒纳(《豪斯医生》)操刀剧本并担任监制。里夫斯的制片公司6th & Idaho与福斯TV共同制作。Centers on Joe Kimbreau as he makes a pivotal, life-changing decision at his college graduation and follows him on three parallel timelines: as a police officer, as a music star, and as a nurse.
