四个大学生在寻找一个便宜的地方居住，他们找到了一个理想的交易:作为对一幢破旧旧房子的翻新的交换，他们不仅可以得到工作的报酬，而且还可以免费住在那里。他们很自然地接受了这份工作，很快就搬进去工作。然而，不久之后，奇怪的事情开始发生在他们身上，并且很快就变得清晰，他们并不是唯一一个在这个怪异的房子里。Four college students looking for a cheap place to live have found what looks to be a dream deal: in exchange for renovating a broken-down old mansion, they will not only get paid for their work, but will also get to live there rent-free. They naturally accept the offer, and quickly move in and get to work. Not so long afterwards, however, strange things start happening to all of them, and it soon becomes clear that they are not alone inside the eerie house.
