Plot Summary:The misadventures of Musty Suffer, good-natured family man. He lives with his wife Sally, mother-in-law, twin daughters Betsy and Netsy, and dog Spartacus. Musty and his neighbor Blobbsy want to give the kids a birthday party, but when the tax collector takes all their handy money, Musty, Sally, and Blobbsy stage their own show to entertain the neighborhood kids.
