Plot Summary:Approximately 90 minutes after the onset of sleep, the body slips into total paralysis and the electrical activity of the brain slows down to indicate a seemingly temporary termination of all sensory experience. But are we really detached from the impulses of the outside world in this state? Sleeping isn't always dreaming according to this waking nightmare. Kane D'Ebano is tormented by a recurring dream where a group of mediums accuse him of interfering with their séance - and then they kill him. To avoid this replaying trauma, Kane relies on just a few minutes of sleep per night. After all medical attempts to solve his problem fail, Kane seeks the help of psychiatrist Claire Reins rumored to have developed an innovative method to break the destructiveness of sleep patterns. But even she can't envision what will happen when she hypnotizes Kane and enters his dream with him...
