Plot Summary:Playboy Billy Burton has been warned by his banker father not to be involved in any more escapades that land his picture in the newspapers. Despite the warning, at a nightclub party, a drunken Billy takes a dare from his friends to go onstage and dance with the club's chorus girls. While dancing, Billy notices that a man's pocket is being picked and rushes to catch the culprit. A fight ensues, during which the stolen money is recovered, but the police are summoned. The fight results in Billy's picture being in the next morning's newspaper. Furious, Mr. Burton disowns Billy. He goes west, is robbed, rescues the heroine, becomes involved in all sorts of adventurous scrapes and ultimately triumphs.
