Plot Summary:In the year 2023, a huge environmental and social crisis shakes Cali, after months of drought that end in a water shortage and contamination. The city has been split into two separate areas: the privileged zone, for the wealthy and powerful; and the \"dry zone\" with no drinking water, where the rest of the population, laid low by the crisis, experiences overwhelming violence, unhealthy conditions, and corruption. Meanwhile, the media has announced a coming rainstorm that has citizens in an uproar.\n\nAmbitious series project exploring a speculative narration, Turbia subtly weaves an ensemble story tinged with biblical references.
