看过的最差的卢曼特电影，故弄玄虚的邪教片，像是《魔童村》+《异教徒》的结合，黑色圣歌或许启发了后来《凶兆》的魔鬼圣歌。仍是其70年代钟爱的半舞台剧模式，剧本和台词有点太沉迷自我无法自拔。詹姆斯.梅森的表演也特别奇怪，眼神飘忽不定。
