Many thousands of thousand years have passed, since ancient people came out of the Africa and spread over this little blue planet. People changed their life style so much that little track of their ancients can be detected in their daily life. However, in the great land, mid-Africa, life style has never changed since then and never will. Everywhere, animals play love dancing at any free time. In the sky, in trees, in water, in the wood, in the plain, love songs can be heard, even when we look into the foot of the bushes, tapping-beetles tapping their loving code to their bride maybe half a mile away. A Little male weaver bird, just like all poor man thrust for house, try its best to build up a good looking nest waiting for his princess. Nice woman always know playing cool is the right chain for chain a Mr.right, the female bird also knows, so that our poor gentleman has to rebuild a more strong and more handsome nest. Yet, quickly coming love can hardly catch up the speed of this changing world, animals have to raise up their offspring before the evil drought, or parents will have no choice. The paradise goes so quickly; helpless young birds shamble for the direction where their parents leaved under the high summer shining in the endless mid-Africa desert. Hoping, may be plays the only hope for surviving in this hopeless dead world. The weak individuals dead one by one, terrify dead bone display here and there, no one know if it is the next one. Suddenly, its showering, without any signal; the survived citizen knows paradise comes back. New life, new love, new story start again. Life in mid-Africa is not easy, but beautiful. No matter the animals living in happy, or in despair, with food rich or hungry, they are enjoy their invaluable freedom, which should not be interrupted by our human being, who had been in such freedom before. I guess, that is what Mr. Jamie Uys really want to tell in this movie.
