你们都知道我在高中时是怪j鲍勃。
most of you knew me back in high school as robbie wheirdicht.
我每天穿着处方裤子。
i wore prescription pants everyday.
20年前，在这个体育馆里，我站在你们面前，既没穿衣服又羞愧。
twenty years ago,in this gym,i stood in front of you all,naked and embarrassed.
你们可能还有人记得那一天，可能很多人当时还笑了。
some of you might remember that day,a lot of you probably even laughed.
但是没关系。
but that‘s okay.
今晚将会不同因为我最好的朋友也一起来了。
tonight's gonna be different because my best friend is here with me.
他教会我做自己故事里的英雄是什么意思。
and he taught me what is means to be the hero of your own story.
做自己故事里的英雄不一定要惩奸除恶或者攀登高峰。
being the hero of your own story isn't about stopping bad guys or climbing mountains.
关键是要克服那些欺压自己的不管他们是什么人还是其他什么。
it's about overcoming bullies in your life,whatever or whomever they may be.
关键是对每个人敞开心扉，并且他们都能看见。
it's about putting it all out there for everyone，to see.
关键是明白，你能做到最重要的就是做自己。
and it's realizing that,in life,the most important thing that you can be is youself.
