总之第二季中的Doctor似乎比第一集中的多了很多情感因素。不似老九那样“不解风情”（老九看着Rose和Jack上校调情一脸无所谓……），小10更为嬉皮、更懂得去爱：比如巧遇旧搭档Sarah Jane Smith，爱上壁炉女孩即Madame de Pompadour等等。
这一季中DTT还有好些“名言”让人印象深刻，比如“Pain and loss, they define us as much as happiness or love. Whether it's a world or a relationship, everything has its time. And everything ends. ”，比如“You can spend the rest of your life with me, but I can't spend the rest of mine with you. I have to live on. Alone. That's the curse of the Time Lords.”，比如他问“How long are you going to stay with me?”
当然我还是在两个点鼻子酸了一下。一个是在矿井（大坑）里，缆绳已经到头，Doctor却还吊在半空中，在最后解开锁扣坠落前他说：“if you get back in touch...if you talk to Rose...just tell her...tell her I...Oh, she knows.”那句“Oh, she knows.”不能更赞！
