“FRESH”, follows the story of a few inspiring individuals who are challenging the conventions of food production, and, in the process, reinventing farming as we know it. Most notably, it features Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms, first made famous by Michael Pollan’s book “Omnivore’s Dilemma”.
