Most important, he is fighter.

S1E12, FU被Tusk审查，Z深挖死因

Tusk understands the difference between power n money. He doesn't measure his wealth in private jets but purchased souls.

Claire 再显蛇蝎本色，翻脸比翻书还快，冷血干掉不服从的人。

S1E13, FU成为副总统、Z等继续深挖

攻击Tusk弱点，利用Sancop.

Of all the things I hold in high regard, rules r not one of them.

FU和Tusk的谈判--教科书级：

T: Trade tariffs r controlled by congress. You have a lot more influence there than Garrett does. It's the reason I wanted you to stay there in the first place.

F: And what exactly would you want me to do?
