Life is a river
我爷爷经常这么说
That's what grandad always used to say
在河流的开始与结束间，有千万条路线
A beginning, an end, a million different ways in between
这一生有高低起伏，湍急与和缓
He used to metaphore my whole life, how it'd end and float
生命寻找最易走的那条河道，却又从不可能中找到可能
Following the path of least resistance,barreling straight through the impossible
从清风中穿过，在暗夜中流淌
Clear as air and black as night
但无论生命之河流向何方，看起来变成了什么样子
And no matter what direction or how it'd mowe or what it'd look like
爷爷总说：“河总是不断向前奔流”
the point according to grandad was that the river always moved forward
一个白发老人为何有此感慨？
what kept him running the rabbits until he was old and grey
秘密也许就在下一个河湾之后
the mystery of what lay around the bend
在这个时代，生命的秘密有时难以被发现
These days that mystery is hard to find
河流被阻断 天空被水泥高楼遮挡
The river is distant and sky clouded with concrete
自然的美丽在我们身边默默流淌无人注意
For many of us, life’s great adventure, all its beauty all its connection sails by unnoticed.
有趣的是，生命之河从来就在我们身边
Funny thing is the river’s never that far off.
终有一天，河流汇入海洋，从此它不再是一条河流
One day the river meets the sea, and then that's not a river any more
它经历的滚滚变革
It's past through the the wheels of change
尝遍各种经历、故事、冒险
in and out of experience, stories, advanture, grand ends.
最终，完美结局，骑行终将结束
Inevitably, the ride stops.
消散了，但没有消逝
Lost but not entirely gone.
目前为止，就我们所知，生命的轮回
For now, as far as we can tell, the cycle of life,
其实永无止境
well, it never ends.
