拉米 第一季影评：This is about Ramy and every other immigrant.
This is such a brilliant show I really appreciate it.
First thanks for using actors with disabilities to play a role that has disabilities.
Secondly I really appreciate the different languages that get to use inside the show rather than most the TV shows just do different accents.
Third I love the fact it use such a Sarcastic way to show the Stereotypes that people have against Muslim community. Also it shows within the Muslim community there are stereotypes against others too. Such as to Jewish people and queer community etc.
Also, I want to talk a little more about the character Steven, he is probably one of the best park of the show. The evil, mean, demeaning Steven. Instead of feeding audience disabilities Porn, the creator gave a real character and a real human.
Isn’t it always about this? The lost stages of life. And no one can help us to finding who we really are? With the society always defining who we are.
