Incredible details about the mistreatment in Irwin Detention Center during COVID and before 2021 by using primitive, low-quality video call footage on phones and online “video visits”. The contrast between different frames and some non-visual exchanges portrays a sense of confinement unexpectedly. Incomplete story lines for the two main victims but highly participatory. 4/5
