The story may be disturbing to some very reserved people as Valmont is definitely a slimeball, but I just can't resist the charisma of young Colin Firth. He was extremely seductive and swept me off my feet without mercy.
BTW, Colin's so doomed to be immersed in water, here, in 'the edge of reason', almost in 'the importance of being earnest' - the scene was cut later, and most famously in 'pride and prijudice'. Directors just love it, ROFL.
