半梦半醒的人生

刚看完这部电影，我的脑神经像喝了假酒一样活跃地乱窜，开始天马行空地活动起来。我感到脑海里不请自来地浮现出很多片段和话语，索性捕捉一下它们

片中有一个很有意思的讨论，死亡之后梦境仍将延续，如果这是真的，那么现在人类在做的一些努力就会显得很滑稽，像黑镜S3E3那样把自己的意识永远储存在服务器中，或者像万神殿那样的upload intelligence，都是忽略了活着本身的体验转而去做死了之后自然而然会发生的事。但说起来活着的人都不知道死了是什么样的，所以即使会损害活着的体验也还是有人会在死亡恐惧的驱使下做这些可能是无用功的努力。

the border or division of death and live is not so absolute. is death something instant or actually a process? I agree with the latter. those who commiteed suicide and succeed are not just like, ok I am not gonna live and I want to die. It's more like, I've had it enough. I've fed up with the fucking experience of death so now just give me the final outcome. so it's really kind of ridiculous to think that we should be fearful or afraid of death because it is there. life and death are actually two sides of the coin. imagine we are immortal, then what's the meaning of eating or sleeping and everything? they will not be as meaningful as they are now. time too. we don't have to count days, months, years anymore because we are immortals. these experiences you can say are brought by death actually. so what's the point? but the fear of death is like planted in our genes. we are just struggling to think without enough materials, which must be ridiculous from the perspectives of those who had created our world(if there is such thing). we are able to think, even without adequate materials, even it's painful. we are still obsessed with it.

看完之后拿着水杯去接水的时候，脑海中浮现出这段话：gender matters when you are female. time matters when you are mortal. limitation matters when you are limited.

片中有关流吧我的眼泪的讨论(How to Build a Universe That Doesn't Fall Apart Two Days Later) 也很有意思，导演如果是PKD的粉丝那真是一点也不奇怪，我真的很开心看到PKD的哲学在时间的酝酿下对后人产生了这样的影响。
