I always want to put down some feelings for this movie since i have seen it. There is no speical intention exist,but there exist something that you will never forget after watching it.Just like "his love is real,but he is not".
Steven spielberg is a quite great director and he has directed many classic science fiction films ,such as Jaws ,Jurassc Park,E.T,A.I,and so on .I'm quite fond of his movies,and A.I is my favorite.
David, a child, love is also desire to be loved child,the movie give him this unchanged character.He is a robot child.Early morning sunshine ,when Monica said out that seven startup commands ,David's look changed ,he called Monica " mommy ".Something has been touched ,Monica hugged David tightly ,he will bear her love ,but his new life can really walk into her world ?If it was ,the life maybe common but full of happiness.However,that's not director's real intention . Happiness flies ,while sadness always hard to be forgotten,perhaps only throughthis the profound meaning can be produced.

"Don't worry yourself ,son"
"How long will you live ?
"er,for fifty years "
"I love you mommy,I hope you never die ,never."
It's David's real love ,though he is a made child .
Following ,there are several things made Monica misunderstand David and have to abandon him .David was so sad ,he decided to find blue fairy,because this is a fairy tale that told by Monica ,because he knew the blue fairy can make him into a real boy and only if he was a real boy ,his mom-Monica will love him. The movie is top-heavy with moral and ethical questions. What is life and where is the line that divides sentience from a programmed response? If a robot can genuinely love a person,what responsibility dose that person bear in return ?How can an immortal robot cope with outliving its organis creators ?The robot's fate is destined to a tragedy .So David had to let the alien help him ,let Monica love him one day ,just one day.
Maybe that is what touch me ,just like the movie said :
Come away O human child
To the water and the wind
With a fairy hand in hand
For the world's more full of weeping Than you can understand
