The screenplay is phenomenal. The buildup is nuanced and sophisticated, and the result is a stunning 30-minute climax. The plot is wildly unpredictable, the dialogues are well-written, and character development is quite impressive given the number of characters. Spike Lee is probably the best black director of all time. The direction is suspenseful and economic. The ensemble cast give brilliant performances, particularly the one who plays Sal.
In a nutshell, this is a must-see for everyone.
