2 is now out in the theater, so came and watched the first one to get a little more background info about the storyline, although i knew what it was about, you won't be able to guess what i learned it hahah it's actually from "going svt" hahahahh anyways the story was set in SF, so seeing all the signature sites really made me miss sf, where ive spent my adolescent years. and the story is great and touching, the first time i tried was when bing bong, riley's childhood imaginary friend gave up his life to send "joy" back up, the second time was when "sadness" brings riley back home and make things get better again. Pixar and Disney are REALLY good at coating important and nourishing life lessons with easy-watching animation. i mean sure that's their mission cuz their targeted audiences are mainly younger kids, but these lessons are equally meaningful to adults, and im pretty sure many do not even truly understand these lessons yet. this is getting way too long, i should stop rambling, anyways, look forward to 2!!
