*Like every American director, Jim Jarmusch don't use long shot. From him, I know montage also creates poetic movement.
*Like every American movie, you can't get rid of the unreal feelings. It's like a stigma, but it do exists. It is TRUE that a good worthy everyday life depend on how you think, but can you be so confident you are just the one who have a fantastic partner understanding everything you need? The only obstacle come from love too. (obviously, the dog love him too much, so that while he's not nearby, dog will touch every thing that have a smell of him, mailbox, notebook. But the structure of the dog is truly amazing. I can even see the human character on it.)
*Some little tricks ( the focus suddenly moved when the poem was read at the turning point. Indian guy stopped complaining the third time when he saw paterson was writing.)are really make this film wonderful.
