神探夏洛克 第四季影评：Eurus is a phenomenal addition this season
What I appreciate about the Sherlock series is their ability to do something very different every season. I especially appreciated the addition of Eurus to this season, even as it plays with the continual dynamic of humanizing Holmes while keeping him aloof. Indica Watson--the actress who plays the child Eurus--is absolutely haunting and mesmerising in her role. Sian Brooke's ability to camouflage as so many different characters is quite extraordinary. Taut plotting and the intricate interlocking of character threads through the three episodes was, as usual, marvellously done. I loved their use of "Appointment in Samarra" to frame the first episode.
