Well, since this film is in English, and I love English, I mean this language, although I am not the best. I will make my first English movie commet on Douban.
I started to watch this film when I was going to have a noon nap. But you know, I failed sleep. This film makes me think a lot. I will explain it one by one.
First is about reading. I like read, and I want to be like a kind of literal person. Like knowing about all of the masters and their works and especially their minds. Reading is like to talk with those masters. You read masterpeices and you have their great ideas. Of course you need to think. Understanding is the first stage, and thingking is the concequence. I have read some, I mean some of the liberal ocean, but it's far from enough. One point I agree with Jesy is reading when you are on campus, because people don't do that when they are out of school. Luckily I have one more year in school at least. I will keep reading.
The second thing is about a right person whom you can talk with. I have the same feeling with Beth, saying it's hard to find some to talk with. Not meaning a elder brother or a mentor, but a boy friend. For a girl of my age, marriage is coming in any minute, but I can't find a proper one to talk with, to share ideas. And this film makes me feeling like to write to someone, not e-mail, but with a pen and paper. yeah, it's romatic.
Then, it's about music or some kind of art you could learn by no purpose. Everytime Beth said how that music class changed her, I have the same feeling. I know such thing would change life, and make you a better and happier person.

What is the ultimate aim of life? Happiness? Bitterness? Or something else? What is(are) the approach(es) ? Through reading? thinking? or nothing?
