Interesting movie, but not very realistic. Most people who are in love would want to live even if it meant leaving home, a more likely outcome. Not every gay person turns to suicide as many movies depict. Most live quiet, repressed, lives where they can have to hide love they feel inside. They can't be with other people as they wish. One lesson of the story is for parents to stop judging their kids when they find out they are homosexual. They should love and accept them as they are.
You can't really believe in so called" hell" in the 21st. c. can you? There is a real hell and that's living a lie and being eternally unhappy just because some ignorant pesants still live in the middle ages and think they have the right to dictate to others how they expect them to be - take my advice and get a life, it's yours to live not theirs!!
