For workers living off their definite skills, is it better for them to care for themselves? Or is it good to embrace tolerance and working overtime and doing overwork? For factories in China or in America, it is just a matter of time for both of them to get replaced by automotization cause machines are always way good to human. Whether they are finding help from work union or begging for extra work time. Chinese factories are evolving too fast to have to do automotization too, it’s just a matter of time for those hard-working, diligent,adaptable Chinese people to find no where to do old work and have to look for new ways of life harder. Collectivism or individualism, actually people want both for their self good or social good, just like we hail again and again to make America great again or We love China. Where is good? Globalization means we look after,collapse,melt and build, for good, maybe.
