2. On dismissing employees, automation is a better solution than under-developing HR.

3. People who are never fairly treated tend to both enjoy and exert unfair vertical power.

4. Societal change first, economic growth then. Only with them comes a decent company. At last, a good job is possible.

5. The one and only rule for management: “HELP your people do THEIR job better.” The reverse, that put control or even gaslighting over support, is total misunderstanding of what good supervisors so.

6. Value are passed top-down; fights are initiated bottom-up. There’s a connection in between.

7. Be educated, both on knowledge and the world. Get better deals for work and life. When you see a dead end, drive away. Finally, always strive for a better future, whenever, wherever, whatever.
